"I have worked with Wendy on many projects over many years and I’ve always found her to be extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times and in all situations. Her ability, to not only perform exceptionally in public forums, but to also deliver fantastic work documents and innovative solutions, distances her from her peers."

-J.Gregory Tulley, AICP - Retired Newport, Kentucky Development Services Director

“Wendy was a pleasure to work with during our code rewrite process and delivered a Land Development Code that exceeded our community’s expectations. Compass Point Planning was highly responsive the City’s needs throughout the evolving process and provided specialized expertise that complemented staff’s capabilities. The resulting code has already improved the quality of development in Xenia, while at the same time encouraging growth and revitalization, reducing permit review times, and reducing the need for time-intensive board and commission reviews. In summary, Compass Point Planning was a worthwhile investment that pays off every day.”

-Brian Forschner, AICP - Xenia, Ohio City Planner

Through the Eyes of a Planner

As a planner, I have had the opportunity to travel across the United States and see every type of community from small to large, rural to urban. As I travel, whether it be for work, my role as a leader in the American Planning Association, or even vacation, I frequently take photos of the many interesting things that I see. Here is just a sampling of the places and things I have seen during my career.
